❓ Frequently Asked Questions

💸 Refunds

You'll be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • 📦 The item arrived damaged
  • 🖨️ Low print quality
  • 📏 The sizing does not align with the size chart -allow a 1.5" tolerance
  • 🧼 The print was damaged after the first wash (provided care instructions were followed)

If any of the above applies, kindly contact me with a photo of the item within 30 days of receipt.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

As each item is made to order, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges.

⏱️ Order Processing & Delivery

When will I receive my order?
Approximately 95% of all orders are delivered within 10 days.

🚚 Delivery Issues

If your order becomes lost in transit, you may request a refund or a replacement.
Please note: Once your order is handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. I unfortunately cannot influence or expedite their delivery timelines.

✂️ Cancellations & Order Changes

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email me within 6 hours of placing it: info@beansternl.com or use the contact form. After this period, your order may already be in production and can no longer be altered or cancelled.

🚫 Digital Files

I do not sell digital files. Any unauthorized distribution of my artwork is a violation of copyright and will be addressed accordingly.

🖨️ Printing Method

My designs are printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology, where high-quality ink is applied directly to the fabric for a long-lasting finish.

🎨 Custom Designs

Yes, I do offer custom designs.
If you have a specific idea or occasion in mind, please contact me at info@beansternl.com. You're welcome to share examples or inspiration to help bring your vision to life.
I'm also happy to customize my existing designs to better suit your needs.
