Refund policy
▸ If there are any issues with your item, please message me within 30 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund. Do make sure to include a picture showing the issue 📷
▸ If your order is lost in the mail, you may choose a replacement or refund.
▸ Please double-check your preferred color and size using the chart in the image section. Size or color mistakes made by the buyer are not eligible for a refund unless you receive the wrong item.
▸ Cancellations: Email info@beanster.nl within 6 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.
▸ Each item is custom printed specifically for you; therefore, returns are not accepted.
